Milky Foot is dedicated to keeping your details private. Any information we collect in relation to you is held securely and your confidentiality is protected.
Milky Foot is bound by the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). This policy explains how we treat information that we hold about you. It details the types of information we collect, how we may use that information and who we allow to access it. In addition to this policy, we will on occasions provide you with specific statements about how we use particular information that we collect from you.

- What information does Milky Foot collect about you?

Milky Foot uses cookies to allow you to login to your account, maintain a shopping cart and to purchase items in your shopping cart. Cookies sent to your computer from milkyfoot.com.au only last while you’re browsing our website. We do not store persistent cookies on your computer. Cookies also allow us to give you a more personalised shopping and health education seeking experience by displaying information and products that interest, thus providing you with a more friendly, interesting and enjoyable user experience.
We do not keep a record of the IP addresses from which users access our site except where you have specifically provided us with information about yourself, in which case we also record your IP address for security purposes. An example of this would be when proceeding to a checkout to finalise an order you may wish to make. After completing the form provided, your IP address will be stored along with a transaction number that allows us to track your order.

Pricing Policy
All of our prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST (Goods and services tax) as of 12th September 2012. Product prices may be updated when price changes are received from our suppliers.
Shipping and Delivery Policy
Shipping on Australian orders over $50.00AUD is free. We deliver products Australia-wide using Australia Post. Shipping costs are included in your shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout. Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days and shipping times are estimated at between 3-7 business days depending on your location within Australia and shipping method selected. If the product ordered is out of stock, we’ll contact you within 1 business day.

Milky Foot is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We try our hardest to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Standard delivery timeframes are between 3-10 business days; in the event that an ordered item is not available, or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.
General Data Protection Regulation
By using our website, you (the visitor) agree to allow third parties to process your IP address, in order to determine your location for the purpose of currency conversion. You also agree to have that currency stored in a session cookie in your browser (a temporary cookie which gets automatically removed when you close your browser). We do this in order for the selected currency to remain selected and consistent when browsing our website so that the prices can convert to your (the visitor) local currency.
